The Coop app is home cleaning service. Our services are divided into 2 categories: The Tidy Coop 'Standard' and 'Deep Clean'. Once you choose your home size you can select your service package as well as add-on's you prefer such as baseboard cleaning and interior windows. Once you select your date and time we, collect payment through the app and an agent is booked.
Tidy Coop Standard
The Coop Standard is a 20-point comprehensive cleaning solution for your whole house. This is a great service that is a tremendous value for our regular customers who like to have their homes cleaned on a regular basis. The Standard service is blocked for up to 3 hours. Tidy Coop does not use long term contracts so you can schedule at your convenience.
What is Deep Cleaning?
Deep clean is recommended for our first time users. The Deep Clean essentially gives additional time for those tough places like bathrooms and kitchen and also includes inside your refrigerator and oven. The deep clean is blocked for up to 4 hours.
Do I need to be home for the cleaner?
If you plan on not being at home you must contact the cleaner prior to the appointment with access info (ie. key codes, alarm codes, key location, etc.) Do not give keys to cleaners permanently.
Will the Cleaner provide products and tools?
Coop Cleaners will use their own products, supplies and tools. If you prefer them to use your items this must be communicated with the cleaner prior to the appointment or disclosed upon arrival if you are onsite.
How do I pay for my cleaning service?
The Coop app is 100% app driven. We will process your payment through the app securely.
Will I always have the same cleaner?
We will do our best to keep the same service providers available but it is a first come first serve basis and there is a chance that your agent may be unavailable when you are requesting your service. You may have 1 or 2 people clean the home and they may be male or female. We are unable to guarantee the same cleaner for every booking.
Can my animals be out while my house is being cleaned?
We love to clean for our pet loving customers. Please let us know in advance what kind of pets you have so we do not startle them or accidentally let them outside. We also ask that you secure them as appropriate in case visitors make them nervous.
